These Terms of Use govern your use of Stepooo, a walking habit app created by Vladimir Vucetic. By using Stepooo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Stepooo helps you build a walking habit by giving you a Daily Circle, optional mini walks, route tracking during active walks, reminders, progress insights, share cards, and collectible finds. The app is designed for motivation and personal tracking, not for medical, emergency, or professional fitness advice.
You are responsible for walking safely. Pay attention to traffic, weather, terrain, local laws, and your own health. Do not use Stepooo in a way that distracts you or puts you or others at risk. If you have health concerns, speak with a qualified medical professional before starting or changing your walking routine.
Stepooo uses your device location during active walking sessions to draw your route, measure distance, detect when you leave your circle, and determine whether you passed through hidden reward areas. Location tracking depends on your device, operating system, signal quality, battery mode, and permissions. Stepooo cannot guarantee perfect distance, route, or location accuracy.
Stepooo is built as a local-first app. Your walk history, route points, settings, reminders, and collected finds are stored on your device. The app does not use a Stepooo backend account system. You are responsible for your own device backups and for deleting app data if you no longer want it stored on your device.
Stepooo may offer optional paid features through subscriptions or a lifetime purchase. Premium features may include additional mini walks, richer insights, more share styles, premium finds, reminder options, and expanded Daily Circle controls.
Purchases are processed through the App Store or the relevant app marketplace. Subscription billing, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by that marketplace according to its terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or app store account settings.
You agree not to misuse Stepooo, interfere with the app, attempt to bypass purchase checks, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
Stepooo, including its design, text, graphics, icons, features, and app experience, is owned by Vladimir Vucetic or used with appropriate rights. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the app.
Stepooo may rely on third-party platform services such as app store purchases, RevenueCat purchase management, maps, notifications, sharing, and operating-system permission prompts. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Stepooo may change over time. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed. These terms may also be updated. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Stepooo is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, no warranties are made about accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vladimir Vucetic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, health issues, injuries, missed walks, incorrect location readings, or purchase issues handled by an app marketplace.
